The Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. This is particularly relevant as the Game is in an early access/development state and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unleashed Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
