• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Services or any server or network used to support the Services.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack any of the Services.
  Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. User-Generated Content
   You are solely responsible for any text, communications, images, or other data you create or transmit through the Services (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). By submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your UGC in connection with the Services.

   We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property

This is particularly relevant as the Game is in an early access/development state and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, [UNLEASHED SOFTWARE] WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

   These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
