Cloud Systems Operational

Greetings,

We are pleased to announce that the platform-wide service disruption affecting Microsoft PlayFab has been successfully resolved. As of this afternoon, all backend infrastructure for Shinobi Unleashed has returned to full operational status.

Resolution of API Errors The “Elevated Economy API Error Rate” that triggered recent “Unauthorized” status codes has been cleared by Microsoft’s engineering team. This restoration allows our game client to once again communicate with the PlayFab Economy V2 services, re-enabling the server-side authoritative features introduced in Update 0.4.33.

Inventory and Data Confirmation As anticipated, our investigation confirms that no player data was lost or corrupted during this outage. Your cloud-saved inventories, currency balances (Gold, Silver, and Copper), and character unlocks are fully accessible. Players can now resume equipping gear, harvesting resources, and completing missions with full confidence in our persistent storage systems.

Operational Status Our custom Azure Functions have resumed normal duty cycles, and the link between the game client and the data center is stable. We will continue to monitor the backend telemetry over the next 24 hours to ensure that the transition back to peak activity remains fluid.

We appreciate the community’s patience and support during this platform-level challenge.
